  • ABS EXPRESS ; Is an ab tone and definition-oriented program based on some of the best no-equipment ab exercises. This is a complete 30 min. ab builder from the ground up: the program includes exercises for definition, strength, agility, and core power as well as lower back stretching days for better posture that's often overlooked with ab training.
  • GLUTE Izziv; 30 minutni program za oblikovanje zadnjice in nog. Odlično za vse, ki bi radi učinkovito in v kratkem času oblikovali »ritko« in noge. 
  • GLUTE IZZIV (CHALLNAGE) 30 minutes workout for glute and legs.

  • BOOT CAMP ; Boot Camp je krožni trening po postajah. Vsebuje vaje z lastno težo in različnimi drobnimi rekviziti (vrečke, ovire , uteži). Vadba je prilagojena posamezniku Gre pa za obliko intervalnega treninga, višje intenzivnosti in zahteva določeno psihofizično pripravljenost.
